It’s an ideal place for likeminded mums-to-be in the Woolston area to come together, enjoy some ‘me’ time and keep healthy at the same time.
Each class is the perfect opportunity to relieve aches and pains through gentle stretches and yoga poses that are ideal for pregnancy. Towards the end of the class, I turn our attention to mindfulness. This allows us to address and overcome any stress or anxiety you may have about your pregnancy.
I recommend women only start pregnancy yoga from 14 weeks or their first scan.

What do I need to bring with me?
I ask that you bring some water to keep rehydrated, a pillow for the relaxtion part of the session and a yoga mat. I do have a couple of spares but they can go quite quickly.
