If you’re based in and around Stockton Heath, come and join my popular antenatal pregnancy yoga at Stockton Heath Primary School between 7-8pm on a Thursday evening.

My class allows mum to bond with bump in a safe environment with other mums. While calming music plays in the background, we chat, breathe, stretch and relax to help reduce anxiety, tone muscle and help one another along the pregnancy journey.

Many first-timers to my yoga classes have a lot of questions, especially about at what stage they can join. You can find the answer to a couple of common ones below, otherwise feel free to get in touch.

You can book classes in six week blocks for £45 per block.

When can I join your pregnancy yoga class?

I recommend that mums-to-be start my classes from 14 weeks or their first scan. After this you can join at any stage of your pregnancy and I can help you tailor the moves to you.

What should I bring with me?

I ask my ladies to bring water, a pillow and a yoga mat to the classes. I do have a couple of spares if anyone forgets them but they are on a first come first serve basis.

Woolston is the other pregnancy yoga class in Warrington that I run.
