Warrington Pregnancy Yoga classes: 

* Tuesday’s 7-8pm – Woolston Livewire 

* Thursday’s 7-8pm – Stockton Heath Primary School

Pregnancy Yoga classes are held weekly in Stockton Heath and Woolston.  The classes are designed for pregnant women only (birth partner workshops are available separately) and are suitable for all women between 14weeks of pregnancy to birth.

Pregnancy yoga classes are your time of the week to be dedicated to yourself, your baby and your growing body. During the class we will move to ease aching bodies, learn breathing and relaxation techniques to release stress and tension and spend some time slowing down and bonding with your bump! Many of the approaches that you learn in class are beneficial not just in pregnancy but during birth and postnatally too.

Classes are £40 for 6 weeks and run in 6 week blocks.  If you are over 35 weeks pregnant then you can pay as you go at £8 a class. These classes become booked very quickly so please contact Abi to reserve a space.
