My pregnancy yoga classes in Warrington are your time of the week to have an hour dedicated completely to yourself, your baby and your growing body. During the class we will move to ease aching bodies, learn breathing and relaxation techniques to release stress and tension and spend some time slowing down and bonding with your bump! Many of the approaches that you learn in class are beneficial not just in pregnancy but during birth and postnatally too. I incorporate meditation into my yoga classes which can be a useful tool throughout the stages of pregnancy.

I host one antenatal yoga class in Warrington each week. Classes are designed for pregnant women only and are suitable for all women between 14 weeks of pregnancy to birth. Private birth partner workshops are available to book separately for couples, as well as hypnobirthing sessions.

One-to-one Yoga Classes, Warrington

I do offer private, one-to-one yoga classes for pregnancy and are available to book so please contact me to find out more. Private classes are also included as part of two of my hypnobirthing courses if you would like to make the most of your pregnancy. I can host these anywhere in the Warrington, Cheshire, Manchester and Merseyside areas.

Classes run in 6 week blocks and are £45 for 6 weeks for antenatal classes. If you are over 35 weeks pregnant then you can pay as you go at £7.50 a class. Classes also allow mums to help connect and make friends with other mums in the Warrington area. These classes are very popular and get booked up quickly so please contact me via Facebook to reserve a space.
