Hypnobirthing workshops are for mothers-to-be and their birthing partners to prepare for the big day. They help to alleviate worries and anxieties, as well as provide tools and techniques that can be used throughout the pregnancy journey.
The workshops cover important aspects such as breathing techniques and positions for labour and birth, as well as give support to your birth partner as to some considerations for labour day. This includes building your confidence to ensure you communicate your preferences and wishes to relevant healthcare staff.
Group Hypnobirthing Workshops Or Private Courses?
Group workshops allow you to meet like-minded mums and learn from each other’s experiences. It’s a great way to make some new friends and share ideas. Whereas my private courses are a more tailored, bespoke course. A private course may suit those who have had difficult experiences or are a higher risk and want a little more one to one time or privacy. Whichever you choose, couples find these courses extremely beneficial on the path through pregnancy to giving birth.
Warrington, Cheshire and Manchester Hypnobirthing Workshops
I run the groups throughout the year, with hypnobirthing workshops in Warrington, Cheshire and Manchester. Private hypnobirthing workshops in Cheshire can either take place in your home, particularly beneficial if you are planning a homebirth or at my home in Warrington. Find out more about my hypnobirthing workshops in Warrington.
I treat each couple as individuals and therefore create a couple of different hypnobirthing packages depending on your needs and budget. Discover the hypnobirthing packages I offer or contact me via Facebook to talk through your options for a bespoke hypnobirthing course.
What does a hypnobirthing workshop include?
My workshops include a range of items including the KG Hypnobirthing book, a selection of relaxing music, and a pack that I have created with lots of useful information that you can take away and practice after the workshop. Of course, no workshop would be complete without lunch and some delicious tea and cake!
Weekend workshops will involve a number of activities such as calm relaxtion, meditation and talking through your birthing options so that you and your partner know at what point you may want pain relief during the birth experience.
