Hi, I’m Abi
I started teaching pregnancy yoga many years ago to help support mums-to-be and create a safe and fun environment for them to enjoy their pregnancy experience through yoga and meditation.
I then began supporting women through hypnobirthing and all the benefits it can bring both physically and mentally throughout the pregnancy journey and into post-natal experiences.
And most recently I welcomed my little baby boy Arlo into the world who I absolutely treasure and adore, and allows me to bring my own personal experience amongst my years of teaching ladies to the classes and workshops I teach.
And I can’t wait to help more mums!
